PRODUCT CLAIM
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
All Cressi America products carry a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects, unless otherwise specified. See below the international warranty details.
Cressi America maintains the right to void any warranty if product misuse/abuse is determined.
- All claims must be made within 48 hours after receipt of merchandise, including shortages, or the claim shall be denied.
- All shortage claims must be done in writing and acknowledged by the Cressi America office in Saddle Brook, NJ.
- All shortage claims require the original shipping cartons from Cressi to be in the possession of the consignee. Therefore, cartons may not be discarded until an investigation is provided by the freight carrier or Cressi America.
HOW TO GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
- Visit cressiusa.com website under SUPPORT > CONTACT
- For defective claim, please complete the form on the left "Warranty/repair"
- The After Sales Service department will then issue an RA number, if applicable, with all the instruction for the shipping.
- Any return without an RA number on the outside of the package will be refused.
- Returns may only be submitted from authorized Cressi America retailers. Retailers can return products on behalf of consumers prior to Cressi authorization. Any return unclaimed after six months shall be destroyed.
- All resaleable merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Discontinued items may not be returned for credit.
- Authorized returns must be freight prepaid.
RETURNS FOR CONSUMERS
- Consumers must keep proof of purchase;
- Consumer must complete the form Warranty/repair on the cressiusa.com;
- If consumer will contact Cressi America about a return, we will ask them where they purchased the product from in order to refer them back to their original dealer.
- We will tell them to call the dealer that sold them the product.
- If the customer is unsure of where they purchased their product from, we can help them locate a dealer nearest them.
- Please notify Cressi within 48 hours of receiving damaged product and / or discrepancies.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Cressi warrants(*) all products to be free of defects at the time of shipment and for the periods outlined in the enclosed warranty policy, or as otherwise specified within warranty coverage included with products. Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
In accordance with Directive 1999/44 EC, Cressi guarantees its products against inherent and operating defects. To offer better service to its customers and consumers, and to affirm the efficiency and quality of its manufacturing processes, it has decided to extend the terms of the warranty as follows:
1. DIVE COMPUTERS - CONSOLES
The warranty period begins on the date the product is purchased from a retailer by the first buyer. The product may be comprised of different components having different warranty periods; in particular, this limited warranty extends over a period of:
- 2 years for dive computers
- 1 year for consumables and accessories, including but not limited to, wrist bands, buckles, etc. (whether included with the computer in the original sale package or sold separately).

2. REGULATORS
Your Cressi regulator is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of initial purchase against:
- Clear manufacturing and/or assembly defects in the product or its individual parts;
- Material considered unsuitable that causes the regulator to malfunction;
- Clear errors in the design, or instructions and warnings that are incorrect or inadequate.
3. B.C.D.
Cressi BCDs are guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
For rental or teaching purposes: 12 months for operation defects and 24 months for inherent defects.
Exceptions: consumable parts, damaged due to scratches, pricks, abrasion, or chemical products (including chlorine), damage due to exposure to sun, to negligence, shocks or normal wear and tear. For complete details of the warranty period exceptions and limitations, please refer to the Cressi BCD user manual.
4. MASKS, FINS, SNORKELS, GOGGLES
Two (2) years from the date of purchase.
Exceptions: Alterations in the color of the silicone, all damage due to exposure to the sun or the effect of chemical or environmental agents, damage due to negligence, improper use, blows, or normal wear and tear.
5. SPEARGUNS, KNIVES, BAGS, WETSUITS, BOOTS, GLOVES, AND ALL REMAINING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMABLE PARTS
Cressi guarantees that this product operates correctly.
The Cressi underwater speargun is guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of initial purchase against:
- Clear manufacturing and/or assembly defects in the product or its individual parts;
- Material considered unsuitable that causes the weapon to malfunction;
- Clear errors in the design, or instructions and warnings that are incorrect or inadequate;

*RENTAL/INSTRUCTIONAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL USE:
1. REGULATORS, BCD and instruments will be free of defects for a period of 6 months. Excessive use, improper maintenance or customer abuse will void the warranty.
2. MASKS, FINS AND SNORKELS will be free of defects at the time of shipment and are not covered if used for rental or instructional use. *The below summary does not constitute an offer of warranty: see Warranty Literature accompanying the product. This warranty does not apply to any product or part used commercially. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper usage, improper maintenance, neglect of care or maintenance or repair service performed by someone other than an authorized Cressi dealer. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you.
