ORDERING FAQs
Q: The product I want to order, I am unable to find on the website. What should I do?
A: Please note that Cressi has a wide range of products. Some products carried in the USA market are not carried in the European market and vise versa. All available USA products are available on our B2B website.
Q: What is the difference between “backordered” and “out of stock”?
A:A Backorder is an item that is not in stock but has a ETA available and Out Of Stock is an item Cressi does not have an ETA for.
Q:The item I ordered has been placed on backorder, what does this mean?
A:Your item ran out of stock before we could fulfil the order. Once the item has come back into stock, a Cressi team member will contact you before shipping the item on backorder to confirm you still need the product.
Q:How can I place a key man or rental order?
A:Yes, at checkout indicate in the “invoice and payment notes” box that it is a keyman or rental order. For keyman orders you must indicate the instructor number or discount will not be applied. Hit checkout and discount will later be applied by the Cressi team and you will receive an updated invoice after verification of keyman or rental information.
Q: Can I place a forecasted order?
A:Yes, indicate your desired ship by date at checkout in the “Warehouse and logistic instructions” box.

A: You log into your B2B account Once you’re on the homepage click “Account” in the top right corner of the page You will then be shown a list of previous and current orders. In the column “fulfillment” you may see the status of an order.
