1. PROCESS DESCRIPTION

1.a ORDER PLACED

When an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail notification automatically that contains the order details and the eventual notes left. The Cressi office will receive this notification as well and this will be treated as an order confirmation and will be processed immediately.
The customer has 4 working hours to communicate any change of the order or to request the cancellation. After 4 working hours, the order can't be changed. The orders placed after 4:00 PM EST can be changed until 9:00 AM of the next working day.
If you would like to add more products see the below section "ADD-ONS".
Any change must be communicated immediately in writing via email to b2b@cressiusa.com. The email must contain the order number (B2B-xxxx). After the email, you could contact us by phone if necessary.

Cressi is committed to processing the order as soon as possible, within 2 working days, which could differ based on the season or due to force majeure (bad weather, damages, technical issues).

You will receive an automatic email notification when the order is shipped, containing the list of the products shipped and the tracking number.

The invoice will be sent within 2 working days from the shipping days to the email address provided for the accounting. The invoice contains the list of the products shipped with the cost and the tracking number.

1.b ADD-ONS

You can request an add-on for an already placed order, but it must be placed on the same date as the original order, or, in case the original order was placed after 4:00 PM EST, until 9:00 AM of the next working day.
For placing an add-on generate a new order in the B2B and add the note ADD-ONS followed by the original order number (B2B-xxxx) in the left field "Warehouse and logistic instructions". See section 4 of this tutorial page.

1.c SHIP ORDERS TOGETHER

If 2 or more orders are placed within a 4 working hours range then it may be possible that all the orders will be shipped the same day but they will not be merged together and each order will be processed separately from the other. For each order, its tracking number will be sent.

The ship date depends on multiple factors and the daily workload.
Cressi shall use his best efforts to process the orders as faster as possible.

The separate sending, even on different days, of one or more orders placed within 4 hours, will not have an effect on the shipping cost.

  • If the sum of multiple orders submitted within 4 working hours meets the free freight requirement (where is applicable) then all these orders will be shipped free freight.
  • On the opposite, if the sum of multiple orders submitted within 4 working hours does not reach the threshold for having the free freight, then, the shipping cost will be charged for each single order based on the content.

1.d FREE FREIGHT

The free freight is considered taking into account the availability of the product. Products not available at the time of the order (tagged as "BACKORDER") are not considered for the free freight threshold.

1.e EXPEDITE SHIPMENT

If you would like the order shipped with a faster service then indicate "EXPEDITE SHIPMENT REQUEST" in the note filed available in the checkout page (see section 5 of this tutorial).
We may accept expedited orders until 2:00 PM EST. The decision depends on the amount of the order and if the shipping cost is accepted by the customer.

1.f RENTAL/KEYPERSON ORDER

Products for rental or for a key person must be placed in one order. The products must be in separate order and not included in the products for sale.
As indicated in the Terms & Conditions the order can't benefit of the free freight program.
Indicate that is a "RENTAL" or "KEY PERSON" order in the note field available in the checkout page (see section n. 5 of this tutorial).

3. PRODUCT SEARCH

With the search field, it is possible to search for a product by:

  • Item code
  • Product name
  • Color
  • Size
  • Style
  • Gender
  • Age

The result will appear under. If under appears what are you looking for you can click it and you will land on the product page. Otherwise, click the right blue “Search” button for seeing all the results of your search.

It is not possible to search by:

  • EAN
  • UPC
  • Category
  • Price

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If a product is available in stock, the blue button ADD TO CART is shown on the right at the end of the item line. Choose the quantity and when the blue button is clicked the item will appear in Your Cart.

It could be possible that a product can be temporarily out of stock. The product is indicated as “OUT OF STOCK” and can’t be added to Your Cart.

There is an exception: if a new supply is expected to arrive within 6 weeks then the product can be added to Your Cart, however, it will be not fulfilled and it will remain in backorder. The item will show the black button BACK ORDER and the expected time of arrival is indicated above.
The back ordered product will remain visible in the UNFULFILLED PRODUCTS section available in your Account details (top-right corner). In this page you will have a complete view of all the unfulfilled products with the indication of the availability. You have the option also to remove a product (cancel a backordered item).
When the back ordered product will become available, you will receive an automatic communication advising you that the item is back in stock and that you can order it. For buying it, you must add it to Your Cart and place the order.

Note
A product with a blue button does not give the certainty that it will be fulfilled. The availability of a product is determined by multiple factors which simultaneously affect availability.

5. NOTES ON ORDER
If you would like to leave a note when you place an order, you have 2 fields available. You can indicate any kind of important notice that we have to consider, for example:

  • Request to add an item that is not findable in the B2B platform
  • Request to be contacted by phone before the delivery
  • To be informed of any unavailable product before shipping
  • Request the expedite shipping service by writing for example "EXPEDITE SHIPMENT REQUEST"
  • Indicate that is an add-on order of a previous order placed. Use "ADD-ON of order B2B-xxxx" for example.
  • Indicate the last 4 digit of the credit card to use if you have submitted more then 1 credit card information. (If you need to send us an update of the credit card, please visit the "Terms and conditions" page and fill out the form.

IMPORTANT: Any note left in Your Cart will be included in the order, so we recommend using it instead of using a different method for informing us (phone or e-mail).
Do not use the note fields for adding products that are indicated as Out of Stock since they will not be fulfilled. See section “Product Availability”.

 

6. DESTINATION ADDRESS
When doing the check out, the delivery address is requested.
Please use one of the available pre-set delivery addresses in the drop-down menu “Choose a shipping address”.
IMPORTANT: Do not fill a new delivery address. If the address is not correct, please write to b2b@cressiusa.com or inform the Cressi Representative of your area.

7. BACKORDERS
The products that have not been fulfilled on your submitted orders will appear under the "Account" page (top-right).
Under the UNFULFILLED PRODUCTS section, may appear all the products that have not been sent in previous orders due to unavailability.
For each item is indicated the status, if the product is back in stock or still unavailable.

On this page you can:

  • Any item back in stock (Available) can be added to the cart and purchased with other items.
  • Delete the unfilled product if you do not want it anymore.

Notification: if there is any item in this unfilled product list you will receive it once a week an e-mail notification for remembering you to check and make a decision.

Note: it's your responsibility to manage the back-ordered items. the Cressi office will not contact you when a back-ordered item is back in stock and these items will not be shipped automatically.
You will have the freedom to manage these items as you wish.

 

8. COMPANY DATA UPDATE
If the data of the company and of the delivery address are incorrect, we request to contact us since you can’t change any information on the B2B platform.
If the company has changed name or address, it will be required to fill a new Dealer Agreement.
